Booking conditions
These conditions apply to new bookings. The selected plan, dates and total price shown before confirmation define your booking. Existing confirmed bookings retain their agreed services.
Certificate: five years, annual payment
Every successful initial, repeat or refresher assessment starts a new five-year certificate period. All-in-one and the pilot include the first year of use. After that, using the certificate and seal requires CHF 500 each year, with no annual assessment or automatic charge. Existing certificates retain their current expiry date until the next successful assessment.
At least two trained employees
At least two course participants must remain employed by the company. If the number falls below two, a regular replacement course is required and the certificate and seal may no longer be used. Exception: if the replacement course was firmly booked before the second-to-last trained employee left, use is bridged through the booked assessment date, provided the certificate period and annual payment remain current. Report staff changes in advance to info@swisslinc.ch.
Refresher eligibility: original course participants
A refresher is due every five years and costs CHF 400: 45 minutes of training and a 45-minute assessment. At least two people who completed the original course and still work at the company must participate. Otherwise, the regular course is required. Complete it no earlier than one year before expiry and register before expiry. Registration alone does not extend validity; passing starts a new five-year period.
Requirements for booking your course
Register your company or sign in. You need a company account to book an appointment. Complete the checklist first. All seven items are mandatory minimum requirements for course participation. Booking is unlocked only once every requirement is met and saved.
Booking and preparation
Email inquiries are non-binding. An online booking becomes binding only after final confirmation. Prepare company registration evidence, an English product or service description, an example quotation and documented business processes. Submit evidence before the assessment; your meeting link is sent personally.
Pilot rescheduling and reassessment
Pilot appointments can be rescheduled free of charge by emailing info@swisslinc.ch at least 24 hours before the start, subject to availability. Later changes or missed appointments are discussed individually. A failed pilot assessment includes one free reassessment within 30 days of feedback, scheduled personally.
Assessment and certificate
Company evidence, communication, business process and problem-solving each carry up to 25 points. Passing requires 70 out of 100, plus verified company identity, a working contact channel and communication in English. A certificate requires a successful assessment within the included scope. New certificates have a five-year period subject to the usage requirements below.
Paid plans
Regular plans can be requested independently of the pilot. Basic and All-in-one cover up to five people per company in 45-minute sessions. Prices are final, with no VAT. Price and services are displayed before confirmation. Invoice payment is due at least 24 hours before the first appointment. Confirmed paid reservations cannot be cancelled; discuss change requests directly with SwissLinc.
Scope and end of pilot
SwissLinc assesses company details and B2B cooperation using its own framework. The certificate is not product approval, official recognition or a guarantee of revenue. Attendance alone does not earn a certificate. New pilot bookings close when places are allocated or SwissLinc closes the program; confirmed bookings remain valid. There is no obligation to buy afterwards.
